Who we are
Welcome to our cozy neighborhood bakery, where every sourdough loaf is hand crafted with love just for you. Made from all organic non-bleached, non-enriched flours and our healthy, established sourdough starter, McLevain.
How it works: Each Sunday we post a new menu for the week.
Online orders will be open until Thursday and pick up available on Friday afternoon.
Where and when to pick up: Pick up Friday afternoon from 2pm - dark at 3160 Helms Road, Grants Pass, Oregon.
We offer limited pre-orders to allow for “walk-ins”, so get your order in early.
We are open two days per week, year-round. Wednesdays are from 10am to dark for walk-ins only. Fresh coffee and sourdough goodies are available.
We have our signature Pain de Campagne Sourdough, Classic White Sourdough, and Deli Rye Sourdough available every week. We add in a mix of flavored sourdough breads and sweet treats. Everything is made using our sourdough levain and is naturally fermented - even the cookies.
We use organic ingredients and fresh milled flour to provide delicious, nutritious, gut-healthy bread and goodies for your entire family to enjoy.
Our Bakery is open on Wednesdays at 10 am and Fridays at 2pm. It can get popular and a little busy, so place your preorder on our website for an easy hassle-free pickup on Friday.
