Calling all seed lovers! This lovely organic sourdough bread is made with fresh milled flour and loaded with brown and golden flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame and poppy seeds.
A high hydration loaf for a delicate crumb and thin crust. Absolutely delicious.

Pain de Campagne (pan duh kom-PAHN-yuh). French for “country bread,” this rustic artisan sourdough is made with unbleached organic flour, fresh-milled whole wheat, and rye for deep flavor and hearty character.
Naturally leavened and slowly fermented, it features a crisp, golden crust and an airy, chewy crumb with subtle earthy notes and gentle tang. A timeless everyday loaf perfect for soups, sandwiches, cheese boards, or simply warm with butter

This is our French Country Sourdough (Pain de campagne) which has been cold fermented for 72 hours for easier digestion. Adding an extra-long cold fermentation aids in further break-down of gliadin (the type of protein that is hard for celiac and gluten-sensitive people to digest)
This 3x fermentation gives less rise but a tangy, full flavor.

Made with fresh blueberries and active sourdough starter for a wonderful texture and flavor.
